Overview: Our Terms of Service outline the responsibilities and guidelines for using our mobile dumpster services, cleanout services, and curbside trash can services. Please ensure you understand your obligations, especially regarding the handling of hazardous waste and the care of our equipment as well as your trash cans. Please verify you are in the city limits of Charleston, South Charleston, Dunbar, Cross Lanes, Kanawha City, or Nitro before booking service as our services are only available in these city limits in WV currently.
Proper Loading: Ensure all items are securely placed within the dumpster to prevent spillage during transport. Do not overload above the top rail. Do not add extra weight without prior approval. This goes for homeowner trash cans as well.
Timely Pickup: The dumpster will be picked up the following day after your scheduled day at Junk Out’s convenience. For curbside services, we will set out in the evening before the trash runs in your neighborhood. If there is a change in days, you will be responsible for notifying Junk Out 24 hours in advance. If you have an extra item that needs to be carried out that will not fit in a can, please give us 48 hours’ notice.
Hazardous Waste: Do not include hazardous materials in the dumpster. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized waste.
Flat Location: Insure the mobile dumpster can be parked in a flat and vehicle accessible location. i.e. driveway.

- No hazardous waste
- No electronics
- No tires
- No batteries
- No paint
- No chemicals
Liability Limitations
Junk Out is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use or overloading of the dumpster. Customers must ensure safe loading and unloading. Customers will be responsible for the mobile dumpster once parked. The mobile dumpster is absolutely under no circumstance to be moved by anyone but members of Junk Out or contractors thereof.
Junk Out is not liable for any damage to driveways or property during delivery or pickup. Customers should ensure clear access. Junk Out is not responsible for items that are thrown away. Junk Out is not responsible for damage to trash cans being left outside or by the curb. It is the homeowners responsibility the verify the cans have been taken out and secured properly and up to the local code or ordinance. Junk Out is not responsible for cleaning up if the can gets knocked over or animals get into it. Junk Out is not responsbile for the location that the cans are left.
